How to cook a delicious and satisfying salad with beans and mushrooms

Bean and champignon salad is suitable, perhaps, to any table - festive and everyday. This salad is hearty and delicious. And it is prepared quite simply and quickly, does not require long cooking products.

To prepare a salad of beans and mushrooms, we need the following products:

  • red beans, better preserved in their own juice (two hundred grams);
  • champignons - fresh or canned (two hundred grams);
  • meat ham (two hundred grams);
  • carrots (two pieces);
  • onion (two pieces)
  • dill and parsley;
  • garlic at will (one clove);
  • mayonnaise and salt to taste.

The proportions of the salad with beans and mushrooms are given for six servings. Accordingly, to prepare twelve salad portions, the amount presented must be multiplied by two.

So, it remains to prepare all the necessary products, and proceed directly to the preparation of the salad itself.

In a salad with beans and champignons, it is best to put red beans. You can, of course, take raw beans and boil it yourself, but it’s better to still get a jar of ready-made canned food. In the latter case, even beans in a tomato are suitable, but only beans should be put in a salad with beans and champignons, and the liquid contents of the jar for salad preparation will not work.

Recipes of salads with mushrooms champignons, as a rule, suggest the use of both fresh and canned mushrooms for the preparation of such a salad. In any case, the mushrooms need to be fried, and make it better in olive oil. At the same time, fresh mushrooms must be fried until cooked, and canned mushrooms - only slightly. Then the champignons are cut into slices and combined with beans.

Now we take carrots and onions. Without them, the salad would not have such a pleasant aroma and color, they are a kind of highlight in the salad with beans and champignons. But for this they need to be properly cooked. We wash the vegetables well, then they need to be peeled. Rub carrots on a coarse grater, and cut the onion in half rings. By the way, you can use not only the classic white onion, but also red, which also has a positive effect on the appearance of the salad. Although, of course, this will not affect the final taste of the product. Next, we take a cast-iron frying pan (it doesn’t matter, but it is better to take a cast-iron frying pan , if it is available), pour the sunflower oil and put on fire. After a minute, add the grated carrots and chopped onions to the pan and cover with a lid. Thus, vegetables should not be fried, but passaged. Once they are soft, onions and carrots also go to beans and champignons.

So the turn came to the ham. Of course, ham for a salad with beans and mushrooms should be taken only the most delicious, and not from those that are cheaper. Otherwise, you can spoil the taste of the dish. And certainly chicken ham, only meat ham, is not suitable for such a thing. Ham should not contain lumps. Cut the product into small pieces and add the ham to the salad.

Our salad is almost ready. Now it’s the small business - put the prepared dill and parsley, salt and season with mayonnaise. If desired, you can chop one clove of garlic in a salad, and even pepper it.

This salad can be made even more satisfying by adding a few hard-boiled and finely chopped eggs to it. As an alternative in the case of the absence of meat ham, chicken may be suitable, and best of all smoked chicken legs. As a result, it will turn out to be an original salad with beans and champignons, the taste will be completely different. But this option is also very tasty and nutritious.
