Such breasts will never grow, and, accordingly, it is impossible to feed children. Therefore, this phenomenon is considered a deviation from the norm.
Is an operation necessary if a woman has three breasts?
The mammary glands are symmetrical skin formations located in humans - in the chest area, and in pigs, predators and rodents - on the stomach, in all ruminants and horses - near the groin. Each of these glands has a nipple.
However, compared with animals in humans, only two nipples are considered normal. However, in rare cases, a woman with three mammary glands can still be born. The operation here is not a mandatory measure. Usually the third nipple dissolves on its own after a lapse of a certain period of time, but there were also situations when a fully matured and full breast grew out of it.
