Perhaps there is nothing sadder for a woman than the inability to conceive and give birth to a child. But in the arsenal of traditional medicine, enough means have been collected to combat infertility. And not the last place is the use of sage. Its ability to stimulate ovarian activity and accelerate the formation of follicles is due to the presence of hormones in the plant, similar to the female hormones estrogens.
Sage in infertility is included as the main component in the composition of the plant mixture, which was developed and successfully applied in practice by the well-known phytotherapist E. S. Tovstukha. In strict proportions, the following herbs are selected: sage leaves (4 parts), calendula flowers (2), heartwort grass (2), lunar eggs (1) and real bedstraw (1). Herbs need to be thoroughly mixed, pour boiling water (one glass) and insist for four hours. Drink the infusion three times a day for half an hour before eating, you can ΒΌ cup or half a glass. The best results can be achieved by using sage for infertility, if you alternate taking this infusion with a remedy that is a composition of three separate tinctures: sage grass, elecampane roots and hop cones. Tincture of the roots of elecampane is prepared from one part of the plant and five parts of alcohol.
For the preparation of tincture from sage, different proportions of grass and alcohol are used: one part of the herb is poured with ten parts of alcohol. Insisted 14 days. To prepare the tincture of hop cones, one part of the cones is poured with four parts of alcohol. Insisted also two weeks.
Further, these preparations are mixed in the following proportions: tincture of sage leaves (2 parts), tincture of the roots of elecampane (2 parts), tincture of hop cones (1 part). 30 drops of the resulting mixture are dripped into a spoon of water and taken three times a day before each meal (in 30 minutes). The treatment is long - from a year to three years. Two months should be taken infusions, a week break, then two months - tinctures. If there are menstruation and their cycle is stable, then it must be remembered that treatment is not carried out three days before menstruation, directly during them and another three days after their end.
Sage for infertility can also be used in the form of baths. It is not difficult to prepare a sage broth in a complex with dioecious nettle roots and oak galls: pour one hundred grams of each raw material with water (five liters), boil for five minutes and insist for four hours. Baths should be taken once a week, two or three, of course, between menstruation. On days free of baths, it is advisable to douche with strained warm broth.
But, of course, sage in infertility is not the only remedy in traditional medicine. Widespread popularity was one-sided ortilia, or the so-called pine forest uterus. This plant also contains hormones of plant origin, which normalize the level of hormones in the body of a woman. In what form (infusion, decoction or tincture) to take the boron uterus, depends on the neglect of the disease. It should be borne in mind that tincture is more effective than broth.
To prepare the tincture, you need to pour two tablespoons of chopped herb orthilia with 500 grams of 40% alcohol, insist for 14 days in a place protected from light. Before meals (15 minutes) three times a day you need to take 25 drops of the drug.
Douching infusion is prepared easier, faster, but it spoils faster, so you need to prepare a fresh portion each time: pour two tablespoons of orthilia herb with boiling water (200 ml), insist for two or three hours. Before douching, the liquid must be filtered.
To prepare the broth, one spoonful of grass of the uterine uterus is poured with boiling water (150 ml). On a very small fire, it must be held for no more than 10 minutes. Drink a tablespoon of liquid three (four) times a day.
In addition to the treatment of infertility, the boron uterus and sage successfully cope with other gynecological diseases.
