One of the youngest higher educational institutions in the Novosibirsk region is the Siberian Institute of Management (SIU). In the 90s of the last century, the Novosibirsk region, like the whole country, needed competent lawyers. The lack of highly qualified personnel was an urgent problem at that time. In order to solve it, the Siberian Institute of Management began to train lawyers in 1998. Later, the university created a specialized faculty. This event dates back to 2003.
At the Faculty of Law, which is currently operating, applicants are offered a bachelor's degree in "Law". Faculty of Public Administration
Training of specialists in SIU in the direction of “Municipal and State Administration” started in 1991. This moment is considered the beginning of the history of the faculty of the same name. The structural unit has gained a lot of competitive advantages over the years of its existence:

The doors of this structural unit are open to young, purposeful, talented and responsible individuals. Such people are necessary for the faculty, because studying here is not easy. The curriculum includes the study of several dozen disciplines - humanitarian, political, economic sciences. Foreign Relations is additionally studied at International Relations.
Faculty of distance and distance learning
The Siberian Institute of Management (Novosibirsk) has a faculty that implements distance learning. Its essence lies in the independent work of students with educational materials presented in electronic form on a specially created portal. Communication with teachers is via the Internet.
