Nadezhda Maksimova is a deputy of the State Duma from the United Russia party. In the political arena represents the interests of the Republic of Khakassia. He is the deputy chairman of the State Duma Budget and Tax Committee.
Nadezhda Maksimova: biography of early years
Maksimova Nadezhda Sergeevna was born on January 13, 1942 in the city of Kupino, Novosibirsk Region. A military garrison was located here, in which the head of the family held the position of combat pilot. At the end of World War II, the Maximovs left Kupino and settled in Moscow.
At school, Nadezhda Maksimova studied very well. Only because of an unsuccessful literature exam did she receive a gold medal. Initially, she wanted to become a chemist, but her mother forbade me to choose this path. Therefore, after consulting with relatives, Nadezhda decides to enter the Moscow Financial Institute.
It should be noted that in those years only gifted people could become economists. In order to go to the first course, it was necessary to pass five exams. In this case, only one four was allowed, otherwise one would have to wait another year. But Nadezhda Maksimova was able to overcome this obstacle, and in 1963 she successfully graduated from this educational institution.
Labor activity
For the first time Nadezhda Sergeevna got a job while studying at the institute. During the day, she served as a student cashier in the savings bank of the Dzerzhinsky district, and in the evening she studied financial sciences in pairs.
In 1964, the future politician arranged to work in the Lyubertsy district financial department of the Moscow region. Here she is entrusted with the position of investor in the budget. According to Nadezhda Maksimova herself, this appointment helped her get into the Ministry of Finance, from where her political career began.
Political activity
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Maksimov became the new head of the financial programs department of industrial infrastructure. Having replaced several posts, in 2002 she received the post of Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation.
In 2003, she was running for the State Duma from the United Russia party and successfully running for parliament. In 2011, he again goes to the polls, only this time represents the interests of the Republic of Khakassia. And again, the votes of voters bring Nadezhda Maximova victory.
Last position - Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Budget and Taxes of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Deals with issues related to tax and budget legislation. He is also a member of an international group working with the parliaments of Canada and Italy.
