And if you can somehow control and subordinate it to conscious control with a static sense of fear, then with an unexpected fright, normalizing the situation and your well-being is much more difficult.
All this applies to young children, who also do not yet have a developed consciousness, or life experience, or knowledge. Therefore, the instincts over them dominate the full force of their pristine chaotic essence. A special harm of a strong fear for a child is that its consequences can be very serious and remain for life. This happens because the fragile psyche and body of the baby do not have immunity in the form of psychological and physiological mechanisms of neutralizing destructive emotions like intense fear and fright. Therefore, it is very important for parents and guardians to prevent such incidents for the sake of the health and well-being of the child.
Since antiquity, a variety of improvised methods have been fought with children's fear. One of the most popular and characteristic of all cultures means was entrusting the child with the patronage of higher powers - gods, spirits, guardian angels and other benevolent entities who read various prayers from fear and evil eye. In addition, by means of magic and amulets, people tried to prevent the effects of negative harmful energies and various demons on the child.

Someone fully believes in the existence of parallel subtle and spiritual worlds, while someone refers to the psychological effect of auto-suggestion. About the nature of fright
Speaking of fear, you must first touch on the topic of hormones. When the brain receives an external signal, which is regarded as "SOS", it instantly throws the lion's share of adrenaline into the bloodstream, which mobilizes the body's forces to combat danger. Fright in a child most often manifests itself in crying, restless behavior, refusal to eat and in wet diapers. It can have both external causes and root in heredity. The main thing is that you need to make sure that the cause of the baby’s malaise is precisely fear, and not some other circumstances and disorders.
