food products , because almost everyone likes to eat hearty and tasty food. But products can end unexpectedly, which can put family meals at risk. To avoid such force majeure, the hostess should always have a set of ingredients for preparing basic dishes in the arsenal. The tradition of replenishing food supplies weekly or monthly will easily solve this problem. The question immediately arises as to what the list of products for a month will look like. The content of the list depends on many factors, such as the number of family members,
financial situation, place of residence (noisy metropolis or a house in a village with a personal land plot), the availability of vehicles, etc. But there is a basic list of necessary products for a month, which every housewife can change based on the gastronomic preferences of family members. For convenience, all products are divided into groups:
- Vegetables. Potatoes, cabbage, carrots, beets, onions and garlic are essential ingredients. They can be purchased in large quantities, as they have a long shelf life. The list can be supplemented with cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini, pumpkin and herbs.
- Fruits. Be guided by personal preferences. It is desirable to have apples and lemons on the list, because they are often used in the preparation of various dishes.
- Milk products. For a month it is better to buy only butter, yogurts and hard cheese, they have a fairly long shelf life. But cottage cheese, milk, sour cream and other sour-milk products are best purchased fresh.
- Canned food. The list of products for a month cannot be complete without sprats, meat pastes, stews, peas and corn.
- Pasta. It is better to choose varieties of different sizes. Sample set: feathers, spirals, spaghetti and small noodles - "spider line".
- Cereals and legumes. The standard set includes buckwheat, rice, millet and beans. But the menu can be significantly varied with peas, lentils, oats and pearl barley. And exotic lovers will appreciate mung and chickpeas.
- Meat products. For freezing, you should buy pork (beef or lamb) fillet, white (red) fish, a soup set of bones, fresh bacon, semi-finished products (meatballs, steaks, meatballs), chicken legs or whole chickens and chicken. Do not forget about sausages and smoked meats.
- Sweets. Do not forget to include your favorite cookies, sweets, gingerbread cookies and condensed milk in the list of products for a month.
