How to make almond cream?
Making almond cream with your own hands is quite simple. To do this, you need the following products:
- 100 g ground almonds.
- 3-4 tbsp. l honey.
- 1 tsp Sahara.
- Salt to taste.
- 1 tbsp. l agar agar.
- 1 cup of water.
A step-by-step recipe for making almond cream is as follows:
- Step No. 1. Pour ground almonds with boiling water and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed (2-3 minutes).
- Step No. 2. Take an empty container and install a gauze sieve on it. Pour there the almond mass, then squeeze the gauze.
- Step No. 3. The resulting almond milk must be put back on fire and add honey, agar-agar, sugar and salt to it. After boiling, remove the mass from the heat.
- Step No. 4. If the cream is used for pudding, then it must be poured into molds and refrigerated for 2 hours, after which it can be served. If the product is used as a filling for the cake, then it is by no means necessary to put it in the refrigerator.
The benefits of consumption
Due to the fact that almonds contain a small amount of carbohydrates, it can be used by people who are obese or sitting on a low-carb diet. People with diabetes can use almond extract instead of vanilla.

The almond cake recipe is pretty simple. To prepare it, you should have at hand:
- 100 g almond flakes;
- 4 chicken eggs;
- 200 g whole almonds;
- 240 g of sugar;
- 100 ml cream;
- 225 g of butter.
After preparing all the necessary products, you can start cooking.
To make a cake, you need to do the following:
- Grind whole almonds. Heat almond flakes in a pan until a golden hue appears.
- Separate egg yolks and whites. Add 80 g of sugar and cream to the yolks. Then the mass should be put on medium heat and begin to interfere with it until thickened.
- Remove the resulting cream from the fire and add butter to it, stir and leave for a while.
- Beat egg whites, add 120 g of sugar and ground almonds to them.
- The resulting dough should be divided into two equal parts and rolled out cakes with a diameter of about 20-22 cm. Then they should be placed in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the cakes and sprinkle each with 20 g of sugar.
- Pour half the cream onto one cake, then place the second on top. The remaining cream is poured on top of the cake and on its sides. The finished dish is sprinkled with almond flakes.
