Installing bluetooth on a laptop
In order to organize the connection according to the
“blue tooth” (BlueTooth is translated exactly this way), certain actions must be performed. Let's consider them in more detail.
So, the bluetooth on the laptop is built in initially. In this case, the module must be turned on. To do this, press the combination "Fn + 6" (sometimes just "F6") - usually explanatory notation is applied to the keys. As a result, the installation icon for a new device appears in the system tray. If the operating system has found a driver (a message about successful installation will be displayed) in the database, then you can immediately get to work. Otherwise, you need to download the driver for BlueTooth from the site of the laptop manufacturer and install it yourself.
After that, go to the settings by right-clicking on the properties of the blue tooth icon and enable detection. Now, the included BlueTooth modules of other devices will be able to "see" the computer. If you need to enter a confirmation code, then you need to do this. Now the option "Transfer via BlueTooth" will appear in the file menu, using which you can exchange data.
If the module is not built-in, which is typical for personal computers, the procedure is identical to the above, with the only difference being that instead of turning on the buttons, the device must be physically connected to the USB port.
