  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;

  • water - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • granulated sugar - 125 grams;

  • raisins - 100 grams.

  1. Melt the spread in the microwave, mix with 3 tbsp. l flour and put in the refrigerator.
  2. Now break the eggs into a glass, beat them with a whisk until a thick white foam is formed.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the wheat flour, previously sieved through a sieve, salt and pour in the previously obtained mixture.
  4. Add a little cold water and knead the elastic dough.
  5. We roll it into a ball, cover it with a towel and put it in a dark and dry corner for half an hour.
