  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • bread crumbs 1 - 30 grams;

  • salt, pepper, favorite spices to taste;

If you use frozen spinach, then thaw it in advance and squeeze it out a little, thereby relieving it of excess fluid.

If you took fresh spinach, then blanch it in boiling water for 4 minutes, then drop it onto a sieve and let it dry. Finely chop the processed greens.
