Every year, manufacturers release video cards. Among them there are real "animals" that break the market, and there are such models that go unnoticed. And if there are outsiders among stationary video cards, it is not surprising that the same are in the mobile segment.
Mobile
We will talk about the Radeon HD 6250. This is an integrated viduha that got paired with the AMD Fusion processor. The accelerator turned out to be mediocre and fit only on a PC for work and study. He could not support modern games at that time, perhaps the simplest projects at low settings. In any case, the model by no means stood out on the market, and the reviews received average.
Specification
It is worth noting that the AMD Radeon HD 6250, in addition to becoming an integrated card, has not yet received a dedicated memory, and therefore took operational from the entire system. The basis for this adapter was the UVD3 video processor.
This hardware component was proprietary and was specifically designed for fans of the American company AMD. Its main task was to decode special streams of video data. At the same time, the streams were compressed with special codecs. The production of this chip was carried out by ATI Technologies, which later became part of AMD.
The new chip, in addition to decoding high- resolution video using a graphics card, also analyzed two streams at once. This state of affairs allowed us to claim that there is compatibility with BD-Live technology. Among other things, this processor supported other functions: DivX, Xvid and MPEG4 Part 2.

The Radeon HD 6250, as mentioned earlier, was developed by AMD. This adapter can be attributed to the Radeon R series. Since the accelerator was designed for the Fusion generation chip, it operated on the Ontario architecture.
The clock frequency of the chip inside the adapter works at 280 MHz. The frequency of shader units is the same - 280 MHz. The chip is made using the 40nm process technology. As mentioned above, the video card does not have its own dedicated memory, so it takes up part of the RAM.
Performance
Radeon HD 6250 did not show decent results in comparison with other mobile video cards. For example, the closest competitor to this model is the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330. The clock speed is low, there is no RAM, so the accelerator resembles another “brother” in the shop - AMD ATI Radeon HD 4225. But, given the fact that the latest video card has a dedicated memory, the hero of the review wins.
In games, the card did not show itself in any way. For example, in the popular 2009 project Anno 1404, it was possible to achieve only 17 FPS. The same indicator was obtained in Sims 3 at medium settings. But if you set a low graphics, then the FPS rises to 63.
More active games required better performance from the video card, so the Radeon HD 6250 showed even lower values in them. For example, in the game StarCraft 2 it was possible to achieve 12 FPS, in Battlefield Bad Company 2 this figure dropped to 8 FPS, and in Trackmania Nations Forever - to 5 FPS.
Dependence
It is worth noting that the above indicators are not applicable for all laptop models, where the video card got. There were more productive versions that got a faster processor. In addition, not everything depends only on viduhi. Sometimes even the weakest card paired with a fairly strong processor, cooling system and RAM can show good results.
For example, the Asus K53U model based on the AMD C-50 processor worked stably. Since the chip could accelerate to 1 GHz, and the RAM memory received 2 or 3 GB to choose from, an integrated video card could show itself. Models with a weaker processor could function normally in games if absolutely all services and processes in the device were disabled.

What kind of video card, such and reviews. Nothing else can be said. Although, again, it all depends on which laptop the buyer chose. There were those who were able to achieve 40 FPS in games. More often among these lucky owners were the owners of the Asus 1015B. Those with vidukha working with the S-30 processor said that the chip does not allow the accelerator to be fully realized, and in games you can achieve only 8-10 FPS.
There were problems in the program plan. Users who installed Windows 7 could not find a driver for the Radeon HD 6250. More precisely, even if they downloaded "firewood" to the card, the laptop refused to work. This was due to the fact that the drivers were not compatible with the "seven".
