Glade salad with honey mushrooms

Glade salad: ingredients and method of preparation

So, in order to prepare this original and elegant salad, we need five medium-sized potatoes, two onions, 300 grams of boiled beef, pork or chicken, 300 grams of fresh mushrooms, 150 grams of cheese, a package of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and greens to taste.

Preparing a glade salad is very simple, moreover, the cooking process is so fascinating that it will bring real pleasure even to inexperienced hostesses.

The technology for preparing salad is similar to the technology for preparing herring under a fur coat. All products are stacked in layers on a wide dish. The main difference is that the meadow glade is also mushrooms with herbs, as a final element.

Layered salad looks like this: the first layer is grated boiled potatoes, the second layer is mushrooms fried with butter and onions, the third layer is finely chopped boiled meat soaked in mayonnaise, the fourth layer is grated cheese and mayonnaise again. On top of the salad, a forest glade is sprinkled with chopped greens and decorated with canned mushrooms. But this is only one of the options for making salad. Glade salad with honey mushrooms: cooking

So, another option for preparing a forest glade salad is a dish using mushrooms. It takes about an hour to cook, designed for approximately eight servings.

For the holiday salad we will need pickled honey mushrooms (250 grams will be enough), raw carrots (no more than 2-3 pieces), one fresh cucumber, half a kilogram of boiled chicken meat (if desired, you can replace it with lean pork or veal), two boiled eggs, one -two also boiled potatoes, some greens to taste, mayonnaise and green onions also to taste.

As for cooking, then again, everything is simple. To start, carrots (note that not boiled, but raw) will need to be washed, peeled and grated on a coarse grater. After that, wash and dry with paper towels green onions, which will need to be finely chopped.

Boiled potatoes will need to be naturally peeled first, then grate on a coarse grater, boiled eggs and fresh cucumber, along with boiled meat, cut into identical neat cubes. When all the ingredients are prepared, you can proceed to the next step in the preparation of the meadow glade salad with honey mushrooms.

To do this, we need a deep salad bowl, the bottom of which will need to be covered with a special cling film. The first layer on the film will need to put the pickled mushrooms mixed with finely chopped herbs, then carrots prepared in layers, then generously grease the first layer with mayonnaise.

The next layer is boiled meat, it will also need to be soaked with mayonnaise (preferably with a low fat content), then lay out a layer of cucumber, boiled eggs, grease it all with mayonnaise and lay on top grated boiled potatoes, slightly salted and generously flavored with mayonnaise.

After all the layers are ready, you can cover the salad with a flat dish and gently turn it over. The result is an original meadow with mushrooms in the green grass (dill and parsley). Remove the cling film and put the salad in the refrigerator to soak. This dish is delicious and nutritious.
