This phenomenon is easy to explain, since it is this material that has a very affordable cost for a wide range of consumers, looks great and is pleasant to the touch. So today we’ll talk about

According to the manufacturing method, this material is divided into the following types:
- PVC varieties. They are quite cheap, but with frequent temperature changes crack relatively quickly.
- Relin (rubber linoleum) - used in those places where moisture resistance is important.
- Colloxylin type. It has excellent technical characteristics, but is considered quite fire hazardous.
Before laying linoleum on a
wooden floor, it is very important to align it with high quality. The easiest way to do this is with plywood. For convenience, cut it into pieces of about 1x1 m, make simple beacons from self-tapping screws and fix it on the
draft floor. Please note that before leveling, it is absolutely necessary to properly strengthen the logs and boards, as otherwise you will not be able to avoid creaking and punching.

construction stapler, the brackets of which can be removed if necessary.
To extend the service of linoleum use a lining. In this role, special materials and rubber are used, and both corrugated and flat versions are suitable. You can use felt. The substrate must be very resilient, matching in thickness to the selected floor covering. The methods of laying the substrate do not differ from the above.
