Jimmy Stremell is today one of the most sought-after and famous extreme vocalists in the world. However, his path to the top was incredibly long and thorny, and he met both fairly good and pleasant people, and those with whom it would be better not to see each other. Most of all, Jimmy Strymell became famous for participating in the famous alt-rock band Dead by April and the scandalous departure from it. However, this is only part of his career, and climbing the pedestal began long before that.
Youth
Born December 3, 1980 in Sweden in the big city of Gothenburg, Jimmy Stremell, oddly enough, was not fond of vocals or music since childhood. However, after many years, he mastered the art of singing and joined his first group at the age of 23, and this team was Death Destruction. In the same year, the magazine published an article in which it was the first time giving an interview to Jimmy Stremell. Photos from the pages of this publication managed to fly around the then community of rock lovers.
Death destruction
The vocalist joined this group along with founding guitarist Enric Danhage and young drummer Jonas Ekdale. In the same year, when the main vocalist came to them, they released their first demo recording. Subsequently, only after more than 7 years they managed to record their debut album, which all their fans were extremely happy with. By then, Jimmy Strymell was no longer with the band. Although the album itself sold a good print run.
Nightrage and Dead by April
The vocalist himself a year later (in 2005) was part of the death metal band Nightrage, initially replacing only the frontman, but later on he became a full member of it. Thomas Lindberg later left the team. However, even here our hero did not last long. Shortly after recording the album A New Disease Is Born, together with a couple of new members, left the emerging group and set off for his biggest breakthrough, having found, together with Pontus Elm, the highly popular Dead by April. By the scandalous exit from this collective, the public remembered him.
What about the Dead by April team? Jimmy Stremell was its founder, and he also wrote most of the songs. Released 2 years later after leaving the previous group, the album made the celebrity musicians who they are to this day from beginning musicians. Released in 2011 under the second issue, the disc was perceived by the public no worse. However, a little more than two years passed, and the main scandal erupted over the team, as a result of which on March 18, the band's website announced the departure of Jimmy, who was replaced by Kristoffer Andersson. However, the hero was not at a loss. He soon found himself a new and promising group, after which he began to maneuver from one collective to another.
Ends with a bullet
Liam Espinson invited Jimmy to join his new team, which he immediately agreed to. The group gave several concerts in Sweden, right after the release of one of their first albums in 2013. At the moment, the team is re-recording all their singles and old records. Jimmy escaped from this group just as quickly. Literally a year later, on August 13, 2014, Liam announced his departure on the social network, backing it up with the words that working with a musician is a real hell because of the terrible and unbearable nature that Jimmy Stremell possesses. The personal life of our hero did not suffer from this incident, and to this day, he and Liam are still quite good friends. But immediately after leaving his last group, the musician announced that his career would end there, and from now on he devotes all his free time to his relatives. Taking a break in creativity, our hero worked as an extreme vocal teacher at the Gothenburg music school. Later, he again resumed concert activity.
