How to Make Chicken Salad with Cheese and Canned Corn
For a large serving you will need:
- 250 smoked chicken (filet or ham);
- 200 g of any soft cheese;
- 2 medium green bell peppers;
- 300 g of frozen corn or 1 can of canned;
- 2 small onions - one white, the other red;
- seasonings - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of natural vinegar, salt, black pepper;
- vegetable oil for dressing.
Cut the meat into small, neat cubes, and cut the vegetables into strips. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. If you use frozen corn, it should be lightly fried in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes before adding to the salad.
