Enterprise Standard

Today, the document that confirms the stability and prospects of the enterprise is not only a business plan and reporting. The most important is the enterprise standard, which determines the compliance of quality management with the established standard ISO 9001. A competent approach to such a system allows you to get a number of advantages (this increases the controllability of the company, the quality and competitiveness of products, reduces production costs). Quality management at the enterprise (QMS) is a system designed to ensure effective work, especially in the field of quality management of marketable products. To build such a system, the following elements are needed:

- a document in which the tasks and goals of the QMS are recorded;

- regulatory documents that describe and regulate the entire business process of the enterprise in the field of QMS;

- An appropriate system of complementary processes;

- a mechanism for the implementation of established requirements regulated by the regulatory framework;

- trained company staff.

The enterprise quality system implies various control methods. Any manufacturer in his work stipulates that all incoming materials, components, semi-finished products are not used and are not processed until they pass the inspection (control) that corresponds to the quality plan and other technical documentation. All products that come in urgent orders must be registered and identified. Then in case of detection of its non-compliance with standards, it can be immediately replaced or returned. Production control at the enterprise provides for:

- continuous monitoring of all technological processes and their regulation;

- verification, identification and testing of products in accordance with the established quality plan and other regulatory documents;

- delay in product sales until the completion of all required control and testing processes with the receipt of reports on their results;

- identification of all substandard products.

The enterprise standard (STP for short) establishes the requirements for each specific type of marketable product, service, work. It is developed by a specific legal or natural person and applied by him, starting from the moment of its entry into force until the date of replacement or cancellation. An enterprise standard is created with the aim of developing, updating and maintaining organizational, methodological, regulatory and other types of documentation that comply with international standards.

The STP indicates the powers, responsibilities and relationships of the management personnel, which performs, verifies and analyzes the organization. The standard of the enterprise is developed both for individual elements of the QMS, and for the entire sequence of actions that applies to several such elements at once. This function is performed by the heads of existing structural divisions with all specialists directly involved in this type of activity. Often, the standard of the enterprise is developed again with changes in the structure of the enterprise, the emergence of new units in the enterprise.

The enterprise standard includes the following sections: title and approving sheets; content; appointment; scope (area) of application; definitions, abbreviations, designations; Normative references; description of the procedure; responsibility; Appendix; reconciliation and registration sheets.

The procedure for developing the enterprise standard:

1. Drawing up a preliminary draft.

2. Coordination, decision-making on finalizing the preliminary draft.

3. Preparation, adoption and approval of the final draft.

4. Approval of STF.
