entrance exams? Who can use the pre-emptive right of admission based on the results of entrance examinations?
Special groups will be organized for orphans in preparatory faculties. Their main difference is free training. Young people will be able to take advantage of it if, after free training, they go to the budget. Passing courses will be counted by him.

ends.
However, there is a category of applicants who are provided with other benefits upon admission to the university. Let's see what kind of relief it is. Enrollment within the limits of the norm (quota), the size of which is set by the government (of course, if the exams are passed successfully). It can be used by children with disabilities who have become those after participating in military or military operations, or disabled children.
Are there any benefits for admission to the university after the army? Sure. Today, people with disabilities and combatants, veterans, military personnel who participated in Chechen battles and wars or battles in the Caucasus, their children and children of employees who died in the service enjoy the pre-emptive right of enrollment.
In addition, the government considered it necessary to keep the benefits for orphans upon admission to the university, children of prosecutors, police officers, military personnel who died in armed conflicts or in the line of duty.

The abovementioned and some other categories have an advantage on admission solely in that they pass the exams with all other conditions being equal.
The same right is granted to graduates of institutions (general education only) whose profile is related to the training of minors for service in the navy, in a state institution or in the army.
