Green salad with foie gras
To prepare this salad with balsamic vinegar, you will need:
- 30 grams of salad mix;
- one goose foie gras liver steak;
- 30 grams of strawberries;
- 30 grams of grapes (green);
- five grams of evaporated balsamic vinegar;
- five grams of olive oil (if there is no olive, you can take ordinary vegetable oil).
Cooking method
First, cut the liver into small pieces (about one and a half centimeters),
for a minute we warm the pan, sprinkle it with salt a little and fry our foie gras in a pan (without oil) for about one minute on each side. The fire should be medium, and you need to fry until you see a golden crust.
In order to remove excess fat from foie gras, you need to put it on a paper towel.
Sliced strawberries and grapes. Add berries to our salad mix and season everything with olive oil.
We take the form (certainly beautiful) and put the salad in it. Pieces of foie gras are beautifully spread on top of the salad. Final note - decorate with evaporated balsamic vinegar.
Another masterpiece is a salad with balsamic vinegar "Assorted Seafood".
Assorted sea
The composition of this salad includes the following ingredients:
- marine mix (mussels, squids, oysters);
- one onion;
- shrimp (peeled);
- one kiwi;
- one orange;
- some soy sauce;
- one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar;
- one lemon;
- Chinese lettuce leaves.
Salad cooking method
First, fry the sea mix and finely chopped onions in a pan for five minutes. Then add peeled shrimp and kiwi (finely chopped) to this mixture. Then add the leaves of Chinese salad and pour everything with a spoon of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Squeeze half a lemon into the salad and mix everything thoroughly. At the end, decorate the salad with small pieces of orange. If you want to enhance the taste of the salad, then add one pinch of ground chili pepper to it.

- two eggs;
- 50 grams of iceberg lettuce ;
- 50 grams of radicho salad;
- 50 grams of dried ham (in the original is taken jamon);
- one hundred grams of fresh goat cheese;
- 10 ml of olive oil;
- 10 ml of balsamic vinegar;
- a pinch of salt.
The preparation of this salad takes place in several stages:
Stage 1. We take the eggs and shake them well, then add salt and fry all this mass in a pan, so that the pancake turns out to be about five millimeters thick. After that, you need to cool the pancake and cut into squares.
2 stage. We take a wide plate and put lettuce on it. If you didn’t have salad leaves indicated in the recipe, then you can take those that are at hand or that you like best. It is advisable to take a mixture of leaves. The main thing is that lettuce is juicy and crispy. On them we lay out pieces of jamon (or ham) and omelet.
3 stage. Put goat cheese cubes on top of our salad. If you don’t have goat cheese, then brie cheese is a great substitute .
