It is not so easy to become famous all over Europe. Extraordinary talent and hard work are the main ways in which Dmitry Karjakin was able to make himself known and become famous not only in Belarus, but also in many other countries. Critics speak of his work as high-quality music, and fans expect new tracks.
Lititesound
Dmitry’s career began in China, where he lived with his family for a long time. It was there that he and his brother Vladimir created the first acoustic group, which later became more professional and turned into the Litesound project. In 2005, from the first performance, they entered the rotation of all Belarusian radio stations.
Almost simultaneously with this event, they announced themselves in Italy, after which they became an international rock band. They wrote several soundtracks for commercials and put together a collection of various awards. From the first years of the group, Dmitry Karjakin became famous.
"Eurovision"
In 2012, the group participated in the selection for Eurovision. This contest could not be called honest, as the organizers promoted another singer. Dmitry Karjakin was able to draw attention to injustice. At the ceremony of announcing the voting results, he shouted so actively and shook his microphone stand that he was able to start the hall. General outrage even attracted the president’s attention and the votes were counted under his control.
In preparation for the contest, Dmitry Karjakin faced a lot of disagreements with the Belteleradiocompany. As a result, the group did not qualify for the finals. In 2013, they took revenge and beat the winner of Eurovision, receiving the prestigious Eurostar Award.
"I want to Meladze!"
After the failure at Eurovision, no one wanted to see the group performed by Dmitry Karjakin at concert venues and in rotation. A biography (creative) could end there, but the young man did not despair and went to Moscow. There he began to participate in the castings of various shows forging talents. Almost from the first attempt, he went to the show “I want to see Meladze!”, Where, according to the producer himself, he became a leader as an ideal boy band participant. Dmitry himself regarded participation in the show as a way to increase interest in his own group, and he succeeded.
