Any pedal pads are attached to four (less often two) bolts. The fixation is very reliable. To install new overlays, it is necessary to remove the old ones, drill the required number of holes in each pedal, if necessary, bring the power source for the backlight. Next, you need to install and secure new anti-slip mats on each pedal using the bolts that are usually included. There are models on sale that are mounted on double-sided tape, but it is very difficult to call this installation method reliable. It is better to spend a little time on the installation than to torment yourself later with crawling pedals.
It’s easy to buy pedals. This can be done at any car market, in every car shop or in an online store. The mass of options - prices, types, colors, brands, tuning studio - everything is different. There are pedals for VAZ, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, etc. - for any model of any manufacturer. If you are not lucky, and you could not find a special kit for your car, then the main thing to consider when choosing: the distance between two adjacent plates should not be less than 20 mm. Then, in any situation, adjacent pedals will not interfere with each other. In general, pedal pads are a useful convenient addition that improves driving conditions, which means it improves safety.
