Certification is a procedure for confirming the qualification level of specialists in various fields of activity. A certification sheet is a conclusion that a commission gives upon completion of certification. On the basis of this conclusion, either an order to assign the appropriate category or a refusal is written.
The certification sheet of the teacher or doctor, the first half, is filled out by specialists from the personnel department. There is a certain form that can be found on the website of the regional licensing commission. It is filled on sheet A4. The sheet shall indicate the surname, name, patronymic of the attestation, date of birth. Next is the name of the organization and the position held (the order number and date of employment must be indicated), information is given on the total
work experience and duration of work in this position. In the column on education all data of diplomas (dates, numbers) are entered. Every five-year specialist must take advanced training courses. Information about these courses also fit into the certification sheet. The second part is filled in by the members of the commission.
To pass the certification, you must submit an application. According to the latest rules, it is submitted by the specialist three months before the end of the previous certification. It indicates in what form this
procedure. For each category, there are certain conditions that can be found on the official website. The attestation commission fixes the deadline. By this day, the attestant must provide a copy of the application, the completed attestation sheet in two copies and the previous report. If an employee simply passes certification for compliance with his position, then he makes a simplified certification certificate. If the teacher teaches the first category, then it is necessary to provide a detailed certification certificate (portfolio) with the application in the form of copies of all documents, letters, awards. The portfolio is accompanied by three detailed
abstracts of lessons or classes (for kindergartens and additional education teachers), as well as other materials: charts, graphs,
in general, everything that can characterize the work of a certified person. The first submission of the portfolio occurs two months before the day of certification, it is checked and given time to
correct errors. Also, the applicant for the first category must provide a presentation of his work, for the highest - a video lesson. Further, experts are tested. Upon completion of the procedure, members of the commission make a decision.
The certification sheet of the doctor is essentially the same as for educators, but slightly different in form. Some points in it are given in the form of a table, and there are some additions. So, there is a column that displays the questions that were asked to the attested, here his answers to these questions are recorded.
Certification of health workers differs from pedagogical. Medical workers are not tested, but interviewed. They should write a work on the chosen topic and provide it to the commission. It is impossible to get a category in healthcare if there is no definite length of service, but in education this is allowed. For example, to get the first category, the doctor needs to work seven years, the nurse - five years in the specialty.
