The body of each person needs a large amount of vitamins, minerals and other useful substances, which we simply cannot get in full if we do not include vegetables and fruits in our food. Nutritionists and doctors from all over the world argue that they must be consumed in raw form as much as possible. But you wonโ€™t eat raw potatoes ... But fruits are a pleasure! And it is imperative to include the most healthy fruit in your daily diet.

Scientists from all over the world have been trying for many years to answer the question: โ€œWhich fruit is the most healthy?โ€ By the way, and even now there is an active debate about the data obtained in different countries. But it was very difficult to pinpoint the most healthy fruit. The thing is that each continent determines its own healthy vegetables and fruits, and in other regions this may seem not only strange, but also delicious food. That is why they decided that it was not even worth it to equalize all with the same laws and the need of the body, for example, representatives of the Asian, European and Negroid races, was simply unacceptable.

So, what is the most healthy fruit among domestic worth highlighting? Well, of course, an apple! It is both affordable and tasty, the varieties and taste characteristics are very diverse and there is no such person among the inhabitants of our region who would not try an apple. It is even recommended for infants to give complementary foods at first. It has a lot of vitamins, which are vital for our body. Even vitamin C, about the benefits of which every schoolchild knows, is present there. And the trace elements and minerals that we also need will complement the action of vitamins. What is only one iron that helps to form red blood cells, which nourish all human organs with oxygen. And do not forget about bioflavonoids. The word, of course, is not entirely clear and familiar, but it helps to fight cancer cells and prevents their formation. And cancer is a serious disease that often leads to death. So maybe a couple of apples a day and do not get sick ?!

And yet, an apple is not the only most wholesome fruit on the market. There is also a kiwi. The fruit is not quite familiar to the older generation, but young people love it very much. Of course, it does not grow in our latitudes, but in Asia it is enough and we even have enough. Kiwi can safely fight with our apples for the title of โ€œmost healthy fruitโ€, because it also contains a large amount of essential vitamins and substances. Bioflavonoids in no less quantity, vitamin C even more, that's just a little iron. Another advantage of this "Chinese gooseberry", as they call it among the people, can be considered that during heat treatment its usefulness is not lost. Therefore, cook the kiwi as you like, if only it were delicious! By the way, in order to provide yourself with all the useful things that kiwi can give, you need to eat 2-3 fruits a day. Not much, but apples are more familiar.

Another contender for the title of best is grapefruit. There is a lot of vitamin C in it and there are also substances to it that help maintain the activity of this element for a longer time. But nothing more special, he is no different. Of course, it also has many other useful ingredients, however, their content in kiwi and apples is much larger. That is why grapefruit is better to use for colds or to strengthen immunity. Lemon may be more familiar, but there is very little that prevents vitamin C from being oxidized.

And in conclusion, I want to note that in everything you need to know the measure. Even the most healthy fruits and vegetables can cause allergies, which certainly will not bring benefits. That is why eat those foods that grow with you. It is both healthier and safer. And the rest is for the holiday.
