If the oil is imprinted somewhere in the middle between the marks - this is the normal level of lubrication in the crankcase. If the oil mark is at the lower risk of the dipstick, it means that there is very little lubrication and it is urgent to add oil to the engine. The control lamp in a cabin of the owner of the car should also warn of a low level of oil in the crankcase.
