  • Parmesan cheese - 120 g;
  • frozen or fresh mushrooms (any fleshy appearance) - 160 g;
  • normal eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • aromatic ham - 210 g;
  • refined sunflower oil - from 65 ml (for frying products);
  • low fat mayonnaise - 120 g (add at your own discretion);
  • small table salt - add to the ingredients to taste;
  • fresh young cucumber - 2 pcs.

To do this, you need to take 160 g of mushrooms (you can white or mushrooms), wash them thoroughly and cut into small cubes together with onions. After this, the products should be completely cooled.
