Method number 2. On a pound of vegetable you need:
- 50 g of granulated sugar;
- 30 g of special seasoning;
- three cloves of garlic;
- 50 mg of oil (vegetable);
- half a teaspoon of pepper (a mixture of several peppers is best)
- 20 mg of vinegar.
The main ingredient is ground using a special grater. Pour sugar, seasoning and a mixture of peppers. Then carefully pour in 9% vinegar and oil (it is not necessary to heat it).
