How to caramelize a pear for a pie

To prepare caramelized pears you will need: 3 hard pears, sugar (0.5 tbsp.), Butter (2 tbsp. Tablespoons). Step-by-step preparation is as follows:
- First, with the help of a peeler, the fruit is peeled, then cut in half and the seed part is removed with a spoon, and also the “tails” are removed.
- Then melt the butter in a hot pan and add sugar. Stir with a wooden spatula and leave for 2 minutes to melt the sugar.
- Cook sugar syrup for another 5 minutes, until it acquires a dark amber tint. Do not forget to stir so that the caramel does not burn.

Pear caramel is poured on top of the pear so that it covers the entire bottom of the form. A split mold is not suitable for this pie, as caramel will flow out of it.
Now you need to make the dough. To do this, beat butter (110 g) with brown sugar (1 tbsp.). Then, 2 eggs and milk (½ tbsp.) Are introduced one at a time. To do this, combine dry ingredients separately (a cup of flour, 70 g of a cup of cocoa powder, ¾ teaspoon of baking soda) and beat with a damp mixer. Butter (60 g) and a bar of chocolate must be melted. Then add sugar (170 g) to this mass and beat eggs (2 pcs.). Mix well with a mixer. Add vanilla extract (1 teaspoon). Now, add the dry mixture and milk (0.5 tbsp.) Twice to the resulting mass, without ceasing to whisk.
Pour the dough, half of the total volume, into a mold with parchment, put the pears (without caramel) and add the remaining dough. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees until dry with a toothpick. Use the remaining caramel at your own discretion, for example, as topping for ice cream.
Chocolate Cake with Caramelized Pears

To make the cake dough for cake, you need to melt butter (350 g), 1/3 cup black molasses (can be replaced with
invert syrup), brown sugar (1 ½ tbsp.) And 2 tbsp. tablespoons of liquid honey. In another bowl, beat 3 eggs and 450 ml of milk. Gradually introduce the sugar mixture and flour (650 g flour, 3 teaspoons of soda, 1 teaspoon of ginger and cinnamon).
