Corrosion-resistant primer for cars is the most popular in use for all Russian cars. Without fail, it is applied to bare metal in order to further protect it from rust. If this material is applied to old paint and then, after the soil has dried, apply fresh, then there will be no protection against rust, not to mention the adhesion of paint layers.
