The principle of action of a liquid diet is to consume food only in liquid form. In this case, the kidneys and liver are actively working, and the stomach is at rest and gradually narrows. Thanks to this diet, you can lose weight up to 3 kg per week. What is noteworthy is that after the completion of the "liquid diet" the feeling of fullness comes much earlier than before. Also, for people suffering from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, a liquid diet is very acceptable. Reviews are mostly only positive, as those who want to lose weight can withstand it quite easily. Also during this week, the body receives all the necessary nutrients contained in vegetable decoctions, juices and water.
In addition to all the positive aspects, there is one more thing - eating food only in liquid form helps to cleanse the body, rejuvenate and remove toxins.
If you decide to try the liquid diet for the first time, then you need to drink the first three days in the next mode. The day starts at nine in the morning and every hour you need to drink a glass of stewed fruit, warm or hot boiled water, vegetable decoctions, milk, juice and kefir. Be sure to alternate them in accordance with part of the day. On the third day, you can already take breaks at two oβclock, and the last two days - three hours.
So, a liquid diet is the recommended menu for every day:
9 hours - a decoction of oatmeal. It is prepared in this way: 2 tablespoons of simple cereal or Hercules are poured with two and a half glasses of water, then it is necessary to bring to a boil and insist for about 10 minutes, stir and strain. You can add breakfast with a glass of coffee or tea without sugar.
10 hours - a warm broth made from vegetables.
11 hours - 200 ml of hot boiled water.
12 hours - fruit juice diluted in proportions 3: 1 in warm boiled water.
13 hours - nonfat milk (fat content not higher than 1.5%).
14 hours - 200 ml of hot boiled water.
15 hours - fruit or berry broth.
16 hours - lean meat broth, which is cooked from lean beef or lamb (200 g), chopped finely, in four glasses of cold water with the addition of a quarter teaspoon of salt. Boil for about an hour, cool and strain
17 hours - 200 ml of hot boiled water.
18 hours - 200 ml of hot boiled water.
19 hours - vegetable juice, diluted with half a glass of warm boiled water. You can use juice from carrots, cabbage, pumpkin or tomatoes.
20 hours - vegetable broth.
21 hours - 200 ml of hot boiled water.
22 hours - kefir, the fat content of which should not exceed 2.5%.
All liquid is consumed in the volume of an ordinary glass, or 200 ml.
To maintain the restored work of the gastrointestinal tract, it is necessary to exit this diet correctly.
So, a liquid diet is the way out of it on the first day (as during the diet itself, servings are all equal to one glass):
9 hours - mashed potatoes from vegetables boiled or cooked in a double boiler (carrots, cauliflower, and potatoes), it is advisable to season it with low-fat kefir.
12 hours - three tomatoes stewed until soft, seasoned with low-fat kefir.
15 hours - a portion of grated boiled carrots seasoned with half a teaspoon of honey, diluted in one quarter of a glass of apple juice.
18 hours - a salad of boiled grated vegetables (beets, carrots and potatoes), seasoned with two tablespoons of low-fat kefir.
21 hours - mashed potatoes cooked in a double boiler or boiled pumpkin or cauliflower. It is necessary to fill it with low-fat kefir or yogurt, the fat content of which is not more than 2.5%.
Liquid diet - exit from it on the second day:
9 hours - a portion of a salad of boiled vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, zucchini and potatoes) or stewed cabbage with carrots. Both dishes should be seasoned with low-fat kefir.
12 hours - milk liquid semolina or rice porridge. Features of cooking: boil porridge in water, and add milk with fat content up to 1.5% 10 minutes before readiness
15 hours - salad made from boiled grated vegetables (beets, carrots), and a slice of fresh bread. For a variety of diets, you can cook mashed soup of zucchini, carrots, cauliflower, tomatoes and potatoes. Season both dishes with low-fat kefir or yogurt.
18 hours - pumpkin or mashed potatoes seasoned with low-fat milk (one fourth of a glass). You can end your dinner with a glass of sugar-free tea.
21 hours - a portion of a salad of grated carrots and raw white cabbage, seasoned with half a teaspoon of honey, diluted in one quarter cup of apple juice.
