Grind the yolks with sugar. The mass of the latter should be equal to 80 grams. Beat whites in another bowl. No need to do this too much. Then add 40 grams of granulated sugar. Grind again. Place both mixtures in the sifted flour.
Cook the dough and put it in a bowl covered with a layer of butter and flour. Bake for 25 minutes.
For syrup, sugar must be diluted with hot water, let it dissolve. Add cognac and mix. Wait until the resulting mass has cooled.

Syrup is prepared from such products:
- Half a glass of water.
- About 100 g of sugar sand.
- 2 large spoons of brandy.
Grind the eggs well. Pour granulated sugar, wheat flour and baking powder into the resulting mass. Cook the mixture in the oven for about 40 minutes. Put sugar in boiling water and keep on fire until it is dissolved. Pour in half a serving of brandy.
Boil the milk in a pan with eggs. The mass should be thick.
In a separate bowl, grind the oil, put it in the above mixture. Combine with two tablespoons of brandy. The cream is divided into 2 parts, pour cocoa bean powder into one of them.
You can mix a little mass with dye. The remainder should be bright.
