Career Vyacheslav Petkun and his family

The whole country has been singing the songs of Vyacheslav Petkun for more than a dozen years, since they are quite simple, and everyone can pick up chords for them and play with friends. Each composition as if reflects real events that any of us met on our life path. The most famous songs of the group "Dancing Minus" are such folk hits as: "Flowers", "Yu", "City - a Tale" and "Wacky Songs".

In addition, the musician perfectly played the role of the unfortunate ringer Quasimodo in the Russian version of the French musical Notre Dame de Paris. In this article you will find the best photos of Vyacheslav Petkun, and find out some details of his personal life.

Biography

Young Vyacheslav Petkun

Vyacheslav Petkun came to this world on June 26, 1969, and this joyful event happened in Leningrad, which is now called St. Petersburg. The boy has been playing football since childhood, and very successfully, but his health did not allow the future rock star to devote his life to professional sports. But perhaps more than that Slava loved music and successfully mastered playing the piano (and later on the guitar).

When Vyacheslav Petkun received his secondary education, he went to the Leningrad Financial and Economic Institute, but he was not destined to finish his studies. The overuse of a musical career is to blame. For some time, the singer selflessly worked in various groups, but did not achieve the desired success, so soon his own project appeared to the world.

Success

Vyacheslav Petkun songs

In 95th, Vyacheslav Petkun and his friend Oleg Polesovschikov created the Dancing Minus group and set off to conquer Moscow. The guys found the missing participants and began to work tirelessly so that their talent was finally noticed. Over the years the group has existed, six full-length albums and two collections with the best hits have been released.

Petkun quickly became a popular person, so in 2002 he was invited to the role of Quasimodo in the musical “Notre Dame de Paris”, which was staged based on the novel of the same name by Victor Hugo. The musician happily agreed, especially since the domestic version was no worse than the original version - the French Notre Dame de Paris. Soon Petkun got a job on STS as the host of the Black-White TV program, and then founded an agency for promoting young talents, which worked for five years.

New time

He likes football

For a while, nothing was heard about Dancing Minus, but in 2014 the group pleased their fans with the album Cold, which critics and fans appreciated. And two years later, the guys recorded the song “That night the cars will not go back to the garage”, written by the talented author Ilya Kormiltsev, known for his work with Nautilus and Nastya.

It is worth noting that the musician’s passion for football has not died out over the years, so he often attends various television shows dedicated to this sport. In addition, Vyacheslav Petkun periodically works as an expert in print media such as Moskovsky Komsomolets and Sovetsky Sport.

March 3 last year (2017) was released a mini-album of the group “Dancing Minus” under the short name “Three”. The number of songs is directly proportional to the name, with texts written by Ilya Kormiltsev. This is a kind of experiment, since before this Petkun wrote all the songs himself.

About personal

Petkun with his wife

Since Vyacheslav is a famous person, novels with many beauties are attributed to him. However, believe me - these are just rumors! Petkun has been an exemplary family man for 12 years and managed to become a father of many children during this time. His wife's name is Julia, and she gave the musician four beautiful children: Tikhon, Luka, Catherine and Tatyana.

Petkun believes in God and professes Orthodoxy, so he named one of his sons in honor of the holy evangelist Luke. According to the musician himself, neither he nor Julia planned to create such a large family, but God made them happy. So that’s his will.

Vyacheslav Petkun with his children and his wife spends all his free time, as his family is in the first place, and his career is in second. They often travel the world and lead an active lifestyle. Dad took Tikhon on a trip to the Indian Ocean, when the baby was not even six months old.

An interesting fact is that happy parents decided to keep the umbilical cord blood of two children in the hemabank. This is not strange, because no one is safe from accidents, and stem cells can one day do a good job.
