The special economic zone “Tolyatti” is an economic zone of an industrial-production format, which is located on the territory of the Stavropol region in the Samara region. The zone was formed by a special decree of the Russian government from 2010. Its territory is located next to AvtoVAZ OJSC, and its area is 660 hectares.
