Executive branch

It must be borne in mind that each of the German lands forms its own development plans, sets taxes, and forms budgets. The supreme power deals only with national issues. Global tasks are financed through national taxes, which do not exceed twenty percent of the total.
The German state system is interesting in the experience of individual land development, coordinated by common programs. Each subject of the federation has its own authority, but develops in a common rhythm and in one direction.
