But women who decide to breastfeed are wondering what an approximate diet should be for a nursing mother? Many completely abandon the usual dishes and products. For them, breastfeeding turns into torment. Indeed, the baby gets all the nutrients from the mother’s milk, and it is produced from what the woman eats. But this does not mean that in large
restrictions needs a nursing mother. Her diet should be varied. Only a few necessary rules must be observed.
