In our modern age, when time flies very fast, and the days are full of events to the limit, I really want to stop for at least a minute, recall my childhood and breathe in the familiar aroma of my motherโ€™s baking.

In such moments, there is a desire to make something as unusual and tasty, but it took a little time to prepare. At this point, you always remember that a good recipe is one that has been repeatedly tested and requires a minimum of time.

It becomes clear why more recipes with the prefix โ€œfastโ€ are now in demand. That is why today we will learn how to cook a delicious and, most importantly, quick cake. This recipe is universal, the cake can be prepared for lunch on a weekday or for a festive table. He always looks great.

The quick pie, which I will tell you about today, turns out to be high and very airy, but it is prepared without the use of yeast. Our today's pie will be with chicken meat. Homemade chicken prepared by us is suitable for the filling.

This quick chicken pie is the signature dish of any housewife - both beginner and experienced.

We will need these products for the test:

  • 250 g mayonnaise;
  • 250 g sour cream;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 tsp soda;
  • 10 tbsp. l flour.

And for the filling we will need:

  • 500 g chicken fillet;
  • 3 pieces of onion;
  • black pepper, salt.

Cooking is very quick and easy, because we do not forget that today we bake a quick cake, but it is very tasty.

We mix the components: sour cream, eggs, mayonnaise, soda, quenched with vinegar, at the end we add flour according to the recipe. The dough will turn out approximately, as on pancakes.

We take the form. The cake rises a lot, so grease its bottom and sides with butter. Pour half the dough to the bottom of the form, and then lay the filling on top. Since the dough is liquid, we spread the minced chicken with onions in the form of a flat meat cake.

Try to put twisted bell pepper in the filling (this will be a variant of the summer pie). Do not forget to put spices and a lot of onions in the stuffing, then you will have a juicy and aromatic filling, youโ€™ll just lick your fingers. Pour the remaining dough on top and send to the oven. The oven will be approximately 50-60 minutes at a temperature of 180-190C.

The cake will rise very much during baking, but when it stands in the air, it settles a little. By the way, it is very tasty the next day, if it remains, of course.

How good is a quick curd pie for all occasions! And all because he is with a secret, which is an unusual loose test. However, everything is in order.

We will need products:

  • vanillin;
  • 1.5 cups of sugar;
  • butter - 150 gr;
  • 1 teaspoon of soda;
  • 2 cups of flour.

At room temperature, mix the butter with sugar. Add slaked soda, vanilla and flour, mix everything well. From these ingredients we will make loose dough.

Now we are preparing the filling: take 0.5 kg of cottage cheese and grind it with half a glass of sugar, send 3 eggs there and mix. We take our form, grease it with oil and send half of the loose dough to it. Then itโ€™s the turn of the curd filling, and then again you will need the dough (we will place it with the top layer).

We send the form to the oven, preheated to 180-190, and bake until cooked. Check with a wooden stick. It turns out real yummy!

And there is another wonderful quick pie with jam. For the filling, apricot jam, cherries, apples and even blackberries are suitable.

We will need:

  • flour - 300 g;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • margarine - 120 g;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • jam - 200 g;
  • salt.

Cooking - Easy! We take the flour, add sugar, baking powder and salt to it. But margarine, previously sent to the freezer, just rub on a grater and add to the dough, which must be thoroughly kneaded.

It will be necessary to preheat the oven to 200 ยฐ C, and grease the form previously covered with parchment with vegetable oil. We lay the dough evenly, not forgetting to make the sides. Letโ€™s leave a little dough for openwork strips, with which we will decorate our quick jam pie. We spread jam on top of the dough, place strips of dough in the form of a lattice on top. Baking takes about 40 minutes, after which dessert can be served immediately.
