To begin with, the eggs are divided into protein and yolk and the preparation of the dough begins. To do this, the yolks and a glass of sugar are combined and ground together. After injecting the oil, mix thoroughly. Put soda, extinguished with vinegar. Then pour in lots of flour, knead with your hands. As a result, the dough should be soft, not stick to your hands. The finished dough is divided into two parts, one blank is sent to the freezer.

The leftovers are laid out on a baking sheet, a layer of jam is laid, the remaining dough is rubbed on top. Cook in the oven until crusty. Allow the dessert to cool slightly, and then take out and cut into pieces.
