- one chicken egg;
- 100 grams of sugar (regular beetroot);
- 100 ml low-fat sour cream;
- 2 tablespoons odorless sunflower oil (refined);
- 80-100 grams of premium wheat flour;
- 4 teaspoons without a hill of cocoa powder;
- 1 teaspoon without a slide of any baking powder (you can just soda);
- 250 grams of non-acidic cottage cheese;
- 200 ml cream;
- 100 grams of powdered sugar;
- 20 grams of gelatin;
- 40 ml of pure boiled water;
- 200 grams of canned pitted cherries .

Cooking order

To get a delicious biscuit, you first need to prepare a batter. To do this, break the egg in a bowl, add sugar to it and beat everything thoroughly with a mixer. Pour vegetable oil and sour cream into the lush mass. Again, thoroughly whisk.
