Acetic essence : treatment of coarse heels

Some folk recipes are so unpredictable that it seems dangerous to use them. For example, there is a proven method for treating cracked heels, which is also very effective. We offer you two recipes, the main component of which is vinegar essence.

Recipe 1

Dilute glycerin with 70% acetic acid in a 2: 1 ratio. Be sure to shake before use. Lubricate damage to the heels with a cotton pad very neatly moistened with a solution.

Recipe 2

On top of the shell of a fresh chicken egg, make a small hole measuring 1.5 x 1.5 centimeters. Pour the essence into it. After sealing the hole with tape or adhesive tape, put the egg in a jar. After three to four days, the egg together with the shell will dissolve under the influence of acid. Gently strain the mixture through cheesecloth and pour into a small bottle. Use to treat dry skin of the feet and cracks in the heels. Shake the solution before use.
