The sanatorium consists of two buildings - a five-story residential and three-story medical, connected to each other by a heated passage. - standard sectional two-room double on the fourth and fifth floors, a total of 24 rooms;
- standard sectional two-room superior single rooms on the first and second floors, a total of 13 rooms;
- two-room double junior suites on all floors, except the first, a total of 6 rooms;
- double two-room and single one-room suites, a total of 7 rooms.

All vacationers are provided with five meals a day. Two forms of nutrition are offered:
Meals are served in the restaurant of the sanatorium, designed for 150 seats. It offers dishes of Russian and European cuisine. The finely dispersed dry aerosol of sodium chloride, which is saturated with air in the salt room, is an effective hypobacterial, hypoallergenic and ionizing substance. It fights against harmful microorganisms, pathogens of inflammatory processes, and also has a beneficial psychotherapeutic effect on the human body.
Documents required to accommodate children in the sanatorium Zheleznodorozhnik in Khabarovsk
Treatment in the sanatorium provides children aged 4 to 14 years. Their placement in the health resort is carried out in the presence of the following documents:
- power of attorney or extract from the protocol on the provision of permits for children of railway workers;
