Content of the full project

Further, the drawings included in the full version of the project contain floor plans. If their electric heating is provided, this should also be reflected separately with the reference to the regulator. On the general floor plan, level marks and the type of flooring selected are indicated with comments on the size and preferred pattern.
Drawings must contain a section of the entire floor structure listing each of the layers making up the coating. Their entire range is reflected in a special explication, where the article and the area of each of the selected materials is given.
As for the walls, in the drawings the project provides for their development with the designation of decorative elements, as well as a section. When used as a tile finish, a wall scan is drawn with its layout and an indication of the article and the dimensions of each material.
All ordered products are supplied with detailed drawings. The project ends with a furniture arrangement plan with the explication of individual piece elements. Moreover, it is necessary to indicate their number and placement. Do not forget about the specification of all doors, which contains the dimensions of each doorway, and a list of finishing materials.
Individual parts of the project
The composition of the design project may be different in terms of configuration. As a rule, engineering communications are carried out separately and paid for. They consist of separate technical parts.
So, the ventilation and heating project contains, in addition to general data, a connection diagram for each heating device, a specification of all equipment, and, if necessary, a scheme that connects the construction of the water floor (if any). The same, accompanied by all necessary calculations, is given regarding ventilation.
The composition of the design project regarding the plumbing and sewage system looks similar. In addition to the general technical data and the schematic diagram of each of the networks, it contains a layout of water and sewer pipes made in a perspective view, as well as a specification of all components and parts.
A separate project is being carried out on electrical equipment. If we are talking about housing, then as part of it, along with all the necessary explanations, the design diagrams of electrical panels, plans for distribution power networks, as well as the necessary sheets for documents and, at the request of the client, specifications containing a list of all equipment and materials are given.
Similarly, a project is being implemented regarding low-current systems. It indicates the wiring diagram, information on the wiring and placement of existing equipment, the binding of all conclusions and sockets.
Project visualization
At the request of the customer, for a fee, the designer or agency will perform visualization for you (not included in the main part of the design project). This is done through the use of the 3D Studio Max computer program, into which the selected parameters of furniture and finishing materials are entered. The result of the program is recorded on a CD and issued to the client.
