The composition of the first-aid kit is used in case of emergency at construction sites, enterprises, at home and in the field, in hiking trips.
Going on a trip, each tourist group, regardless of the distance of the route, is obliged to take a camping set of medicines with them. Each family has the above-described medical kit, where there are many drugs that someone at least once used. But there is another, special type of drug collection - for children. This composition of the first-aid kit may be needed when problems arise with the child while traveling or at home. This list consists of the most necessary. It is advisable to purchase everything, to equip such a first-aid kit just in case, so that you always have at hand something that will help the baby with minor injuries or illnesses.
- Medication. It is important to have (or take with you on the trip) medications prescribed by the doctor along with the dose and duration of treatment. Do not forget a measuring spoon if it is syrups.
- Thermometer. It is better if it is an electronic digital thermometer, because they can measure the temperature both under the arm and rectally.
- Children's "Ibuprofen" or "Paracetamol". These drugs relieve pain and lower fever.
- Liquid baby soap. It is better to take a baby gel that does not require water. It can be used to disinfect abrasions and small cuts.
- Antibiotic ointment. Promotes healing of abrasions and cuts and prevents bacterial infection of the damaged skin area.
- Sterile bandages. You can use sterile gauze dressings that help stop bleeding and sanitize the wound.
- Tweezers. Need to remove splinter.
- Sunscreen lip balm and cream.
- Insect repellent. You should buy only products specifically designed for children.
- Liquid or gel from sunburn. It relieves itching with a rash, after bites of various insects or with minor sunburns.
- Mixtures to replenish fluids in the body. Helps prevent dehydration, which is associated with frequent vomiting or diarrhea.
Of course, this list can be supplemented each time if you are at home. But, going on a trip, be sure to grab at least the most important thing in order to be always ready for the troubles that often accompany childhood. But it is better if there will be no troubles at all, and the composition of the first-aid kit will not disturb parents.
