The main events coincide - and that’s good. Although the sultan seemed to me somewhat more lethargic or detached. Constantly surprised round eyes when something happens in the harem! A kind of holy naivety in his personal life and a very hard guy in politics!

The remaining heroes of the series also show themselves from completely unexpected sides, changing as they gain power, which invariably leads almost everyone to death (as the contents of the "Magnificent Century" indicate). Ibrahim, Hatice, Valide, and with time the Shah Sultan, Lutfi Pasha are a thing of the past. Skilfully doing business, nevertheless Alexandra Anastasia Lisowska sometimes stumbled, for which periodically fell into disgrace of the overlord, but, returning, gained even greater power. Maybe this is because she learned from her mistakes, and the enemies did not, or maybe because there was really great love between her and the Sultan. The fact remains - Alexandra Anastasia Lisowska is difficult to shake, and even after ten years of captivity, arranged by Mahidevran, she will return to arrange a great massacre.
