The time has come to talk about another representative of the cyprinid family, which prefers plots with a course, almost never occurs in stagnant lakes and ponds. At the same time, this fish looks very much like a bream and scavenger, and even experienced fishermen often confuse it. As they say, this is not critical, but still. We are going to talk about one of the representatives of the class of ray - finned fish, whose name is Sinets.
Frankly speaking, in our practice we did not engage in special fishing for Sintz, and, in general, for the whole practice, not so often the Sinz took its place in our net. Why is that?
It is all a matter of the specific lifestyle of this fish, which we will briefly discuss. Nevertheless, you need to know this fish in the face, since when fishing in the same bream, it is quite possible that the blue can take a bait or a bait. As they say, information will never be redundant. We will construct our description according to the following scheme. First, we will briefly describe the appearance of this fish, talk about some of the features of its habitat and life cycle, and, most interestingly, talk about catching lynx.
Description
So, Sinets outwardly looks like a bream and a scavenger, a white-eyed (in the latter, the mouth is as if lowered down, which is very well defined visually, and there is no bluish tint). And believe me, having pulled a fish ashore, just the first thought arises that a bream has come across. But from the last, the blue is different in a number of ways (we will not list everything), and one of the most reliable and faithful is the longer and wide anal fin. Whereas in a bream, this fin has its greatest height somewhere at its very beginning, decreasing towards the caudal fin, then in fin, this fin has approximately the same height along its entire length.
The body of the Sintz, so to speak, is flatter, as if flattened from the sides, which also distinguishes it from the bream. It is not difficult to notice from the name of this fish - blue - in its color there should be bluish tones. The way it is. The body of the blue sheep, or rather the scales, in our opinion, in comparison with the bream, has a more silvery shade, it is smaller, and a bluish-green shade can be clearly seen in the back. Hence the name. Although color is a subjective attribute, because, firstly, each of us can interpret colors and shades in different ways, and secondly, depending on the time of year, clarity of the day, and habitat, the shades may vary somewhat. The fins, if we continue to compare with the bream, are more lighter in the bluefin, and the caudal fin has the same deep cutout as the bream, but with more even (not torn) edges.
As for the size of the blue bream, different data are presented in the literature, but specimens up to 20-30 centimeters in length and weighing no more than 350-450 grams most often prevail in the catches of fishermen. Although, as we have already noted, the literature cites data on larger specimens. Who knows, maybe you are lucky to hook a trophy copy.
Food
This fish feeds on both plant foods and animals: larvae, worms, for example. Most often, it is on a worm, maggot, bloodworm that fishing is carried out in blue duck, which sits on a hook when catching the same roach or silver bream. He pecks briskly, then carefully.
Spawning
As for the issue of spawning, the blue breeding spawns from spring to the first or second decade of June, and in the fishermanโs catches it begins to come across just somewhere from the beginning of summer to late autumn. But the biting in the winter also bites, so that with luck and the right place you can catch well in the winter.
Where to catch Sintz
A few words about where the blue dwells. We will not touch on geography and distribution, but we will focus on the characteristics of the reservoir. So, bluefin is almost impossible to find in stagnant water bodies, it is insignificant in flowing lakes, its main population is observed in rivers. At the same time, the bluefish belongs to the schooling fish, practically does not hold fast on fenders, although it sometimes comes out. In general, since the way of life of the Sinz is similar to that of the bream and the bream, it occurs in almost the same places where the above-mentioned fish. Accordingly, his fishing goes along the way with fishing on a bream and a bream. Pits, areas near snags, hollows on the banks, areas of aquatic vegetation with a slow course - all these are places where it is possible to meet blue diving.
Catching Sintsa
Just a few words about what and how to catch blunt. Sinets, and we have already noted this, not only looks like a bream, but also adheres to about the same lifestyle, similar to the latter in terms of nutrition. Consequently, you can catch Sintz with such tackles as a feeder, float tackle (for โstanchionโ and wiring), ordinary donks. Its nibble is most active in the warm season, in the summer and before the autumn colds.
As for the time of day, most often fishing is carried out in the daytime (morning, afternoon and evening). They are looking for him in the pits and in the pits, in the thickets of aquatic vegetation, in the reeds. At the same time, in spring, it is advisable to look for dams in smaller (well-warmed) places (areas of spawning). Often, the fisherman sets up the tackle for the bream, and drags the blunt. Of the baits for Sintz, the following most common ones are used: a worm, maggot, bloodworm, and a sandwich. From vegetable tips you can try various cereals, dough and others. As they say, you need to try. As for the depth of fishing, then not everything is clear. So, on the one hand, the blue bites when fishing for a bream on a feeder, that is, from the bottom. But most often, if fishing is carried out on float tackle, then the nozzle (bait) is released in the middle layers of water. And only in the absence of biting, you can lower the tackle lower or higher.
As for the forests, it is advisable to put the main line on the blue line no thicker than 0.2 mm., And, of course, use thinner leashes. A float with an antenna, which will be visible at a distance from the fisherman, since you will have to perform long casts (in rare cases, blue biting actively pecks directly from the shore). The reel is inertialess, the rod is up to 3-4 meters (for long casting). Needless to say, catching Sintz is a fascinating thing. Firstly, it is a school of fish, and if one specimen pecked, then there is every chance that the second will soon be on the hook. Well, and secondly, in parallel with Sintz, you can hook on a hook and a much more desirable trophy, such as bream.
The biting of Sinz on a float tackle can have the most diverse character: sometimes the bobber drowns sharply, but more often - the Sinz only sinks or starts to slowly go to the side. Clearly, this is the time to do the cut.
Otherwise, catching the Sintz is labor fishing, you need to regularly cast tackle, look for a flock, and often move around. And, of course, there is no better information on fishing for this fish than their own experience. So, we can only wish you success and good luck, and feel the hook on a hook under a kilo. Good luck.
