Leonid Ilyich personally congratulated him by shaking his hand. This unforgettable meeting was the reason why Igor Khavronov began to work with double zeal. The next two years were decisive for him. As a result, he took the place of the head of the enterprise, where he worked for many years.
Khavronov Igor, occupying the post of head of the plant, not only managed the enterprise, solving managerial tasks. He sought to convey his love of work, the desire to work for the benefit of society to his colleagues. During the years of his leadership, the plant became a leader in terms of production volumes, glorifying its director, who was deservedly awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor. This title was assigned to selected people who were able to show their labor heroism, achieve high performance, putting all their strength and soul into their work.
Igor Khavronov has four children: 3 sons - Vyacheslav, Sergey, Leonid (named after Leonid Ilyich Brezhnev), and 1 daughter Sofia.
