She was born on September 11, 1949 in Warsaw. She began acting in films at the age of 17. The first film was “Tandem” (1966) by Stanislav Kokezh. The next tape was the “Father” of the famous Polish director Jerzy Hoffmann, who later, in 1974, invited her to play one of the main roles in his world-famous Flood. At the age of 19, Eva Šikulska starred in the Hungarian film “Christening”, and fame began to come to her.
The following year, 1969, she was invited to the film "How to Get Money, Woman and Glory" directed by Janusz Kondratyuk, who became her only husband for life, and shot a lot in her films. The actress also played with Jerzy Kavalerovich in a psychological drama " The game". The actress in 1971 graduated from the country's best State Higher Theater School in Warsaw.

But the best pictures, by the actress’s own admission, were shot in the Soviet Union, for which Eva Shikulska was repeatedly recognized.
