The date of birth of the actor is June 13, 1906. George Teich was born in St. Petersburg, where he spent the first years of his life. He was born in the family of the famous architect and artist Nikolai Teikh. Father George made a significant contribution to the construction and decoration of the Northern capital.
The events of the early 20s prompted the family to move to Germany. However, George's parents were unable to find their place in a foreign country. A few years later, the family returned to Russia. It was hard for them here.

In the courtyard was 1936, when George moved to the Leningrad Youth Theater. Teiha was called into this theater by Alexander Bryantsev, who headed it at that time.
