First of all, let's talk about the potential risk: elderly people, those who spend a lot of time sitting, pregnant women, as well as those who have malfunctions, are at risk (i.e., who is more likely to have hemorrhoids) the stomach.

The next item, which includes the prevention of hemorrhoids, is the normalization of nutrition. You should limit the consumption of flour products, spicy, too salty and spicy. Drink more fluids (pure drinking water, mineral water, sour-milk products), consume foods rich in fiber, as well as healthy vegetables and fruits that have a laxative effect (apples, beets, plums, pumpkins, watermelons).
