For weight loss at home in just 2 weeks you only need buckwheat, kefir and plenty of clean water. A porridge with a sour-milk drink will need to be eaten three to five times a day. No longer allowed to eat anything. At its discretion, the duration of the diet can be reduced to 5-7 days (depending on the desired result), as well as introduce herbal teas into the diet (of course, without sugar). And of course, it is important to remember about 2 liters of drinking water per day.
Before you begin this method of losing weight, remember that it can affect your health. Use this method only in extreme cases.
Another option might be a fruit and vegetable diet. In summer, for weight loss, we do not need such willpower as in the cold season, because on hot days you want to eat much less. On such a diet you can sit no more than two weeks and apply it is permissible only to those who have normal hemoglobin. All you need is a variety of vegetables (salads, soups, stews) and raw fruits. Of course, no sweets, fat or salinity. Particular attention should be paid to first courses, consuming 2-3 servings per day. They will fill the stomach, and hunger will disappear. In the second week of the diet, a small amount of boiled chicken or steamed fish can be introduced into the diet.
A diet for weight loss at home is a short-term phenomenon, it is not only difficult, but also harmful to sit on it constantly. Therefore, the ideal solution is to develop a sample menu for every day, which you will adhere to all your life.
Nutritionists recommend eating egg dishes for breakfast. They can be either boiled (1-2), or in the form of an omelet.
