The sample application for a residence permit is just an example of what a typical applicant should write about in a specific situation. In order to file the application correctly and file it with the authorized bodies the first time, they use a copy filled in the applicant's region of residence, since each region may have its own requirements.
Where to get a blank form?
Actual forms and samples of filling out a residence permit application are placed in the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which deals with migration issues. If the application form has changed, in the lobby of the institution replace the obsolete form with a new one.
The sample application for a residence permit in 2016 is no longer relevant. The new application form is valid from December 2017.
In all regions of Russia, the authorized bodies require the same statement:
The application form is established by law, and therefore changes in requirements can be found on the official website of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as in certain Provisions and Federal Laws.
Blank forms are available from the inspector of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who is involved in obtaining a residence permit and / or temporary residence permit.
Based on the sample of filling out a residence permit application placed in any department of the Department of Internal Affairs for Internal Affairs, a foreigner has the right to find a blank form on the network and use it to submit to the authorized bodies.
What to write about in a statement?
A migrant temporarily residing in the Russian Federation applies to the authorized bodies with a request to provide him with a residence permit. The following information shall be indicated in the application:
- personal data (did the migrant change his last name, for what reason);
- place of birth (city, country);
- Date of Birth;
- floor;
- nationality and religion are optional;
- married or single migrant, data of spouse;
- the presence of children, information about children (name, year of birth, citizenship, etc.);
- temporary residence address, which should not differ from temporary registration, since this contradicts the legislation of the Russian Federation and is punishable by a fine;
- citizenship;
- series and number of issued RVP;
- the basis on which the applicant relies (marriage, quota, state program for the resettlement of compatriots or other);
- data of educational documents;
- personal information about parents;
- places of work and position for the last 3 years;
- income information (only official income that is taxed);
- TIN number, when and by whom assigned;
- criminal record;
- phone number;
- documents and copies of documents that the applicant submits with the application.
The application serves as a tool to form a complete picture of the applicant as a future resident of the Russian Federation (permanent resident).
Types of Applications
There are two types of applications for residence permits: for adults and for minors. Regardless of the reason, duration of stay in the Russian Federation, citizenship, region of residence and other things, all adult applicants submit the same type of application. To extend a residence permit, a separate type of application is relevant, which is available below.
How to apply for a residence permit?
The procedure is as follows:
- familiarize yourself with the form of the form and a sample of filling out an application for a residence permit;
- download a blank application form;
- Fill in all columns of the application on a computer or on a printed form;
- verify the specified data with the available documents (number and series of the passport, information from the diploma, date of birth, information about relatives);
- to correct errors in the text typed on the computer and print the document in two copies;
- prepare 2 copies of the application for submission to the OMVD; if the foreigner fills in the application by hand, you need to take clean application forms with you to fill them in again if necessary.
Application deadline for residence permit
An application for a residence permit of the Russian Federation, drawn up according to the sample of filling, is submitted one year after obtaining a temporary residence permit. It is important to count the year from the moment of the decision on the issuance of RVP, and not from the date of receipt of the document in hand, since the latter can be delayed due to the fault of the OMVD or the foreigner himself (if the migrant visited the office during unacceptable hours, forgot to take documents with him to receive the RVP and other )
In some Ministry of Internal Affairs, an application for a residence permit is accepted already six months after obtaining a temporary residence permit, with the expectation that the documents for residence permit will be considered for 6 months, and therefore the required period of residence under the RVP of one year specified in the Legislation will be fulfilled. However, not all inspectors are ready to accept documents for residence permits in this order.
Before collecting and submitting documents for a residence permit, one should visit the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and ask about the permissible dates if the applicant will be accepted. If not, then when to come next time.
If a migrant applies for a residence permit through marriage or under one of the State programs, the application is filed immediately after receiving the RVP without waiting for a year of residence in the Russian Federation.
Do I need a finished sample for applying for a residence permit?
A sample of filling out a residence permit application for pensioners or other migrants is needed in the following cases:
- when a foreigner does not know Russian well, and therefore cannot figure out what to write about in a statement;
- if the migrant has a special financial situation (for example, the applicant is engaged in entrepreneurial activity and does not know how to indicate available income and taxes);
- when a foreigner violated the terms of his stay in the country, did not apply for temporary registration, was in the country less than the prescribed time, and therefore does not want to visit the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs once again.
If no special situations arise and the migrant speaks Russian well, he does not need a completed copy of the application.
In addition, any consultation with a lawyer or an OMVD OMV officer will be more useful and informative for an applicant than an endless search for the right sample with the same situation as that of a migrant.
Is it possible to apply for a residence permit through intermediaries?
The form and sample of filling out an application for a residence permit in Moscow are taken at the IMC or downloaded from the official website of the IMC itself. A visit to the institution is strictly regulated. The operating mode and the possibility of pre-recording are indicated on the official portal. The multifunctional center is not an intermediary.
In the regions (and in Moscow itself), some OMVD inspectors suggest and / or recommend that foreigners prepare documents in special companies that provide assistance to migrants. Contacting such organizations is optional. Their services will cost the applicant money.
Employees of intermediary companies help fill out an application and collect the necessary documents, check available papers, make copies, print photos. Accordingly, they do not issue a residence permit in a short time, without the participation of the migrant, forging documents or bypassing the OMVD OMV itself.
