Everyone knows that the call takes place twice a year and lasts quite a long time. Spring - from April to July. Autumn - from October to December. Urgent service is 365 days from the time of the call. As soon as the soldier left the assembly point and went to the training unit, the countdown to the demobilization started.
For some time (2 months - as a maximum) a soldier / sailor undergoes compulsory military training. And then takes the oath. After that, the young man is given the right to intervene on combat duty and to guard duty. Weapons are also provided to the ordinary. Of the minuses, it is worth noting that after the oath, the young man has the right to subject to disciplinary action (of course, in the event that he was guilty).
Another conscript can be sent to fulfill tasks in the zone of military conflicts. But only with his personal consent and in the event that he has already served 6 months.
The salary
Each conscript soldier monthly receives a certain amount on a bank card issued to him at the beginning of the service. It’s hard to call a salary. Since the allowance of a conscript soldier is 2,000 rubles. And this is three times less than the minimum wage. However, a soldier lives and eats for 365 days at the expense of the state - this fact also needs to be taken into account.
The law says that material support for military personnel includes allowances. They are calculated based on the conditions of service, the qualifications of the soldier, the implementation of certain tasks, as well as for activities related to classified information.
In accordance with Order of the Ministry of Defense No. 633 (dated 01.09.14), Russian soldiers are paid an amount that includes all the notorious allowances (2,000 r). But, when the service ends (that is, to demobilization), they are charged 2 times more money on the card. And for orphans, this amount is 5 salaries.
The form
Urgent service involves wearing the same clothing all year long. The uniform of the military is established by relevant regulations. Two sets are issued to soldiers - everyday (VKPO) and front.
VKPO is an all-season set of field uniforms, this abbreviation is decrypted. The characteristic color (for all troops) is olive. But the dress uniform of a soldier is different.
For employees in the aerospace forces, it is blue. Navy soldiers have black. Conscripts who fell into the internal forces of the Russian Federation have a dark blue, one might say almost black, like the police. In addition to color, uniforms of various troops are distinguished by buttonhole on epaulettes, breast stripes, chevrons.
The soldier's duties include careful handling of the uniform. He should always be neatly dressed in charter clothes. Also, the soldier must repair it in a timely manner and clean it (daily). Every newly minted soldier must remember that he is the face of the Russian army. And he must look in accordance with his status.
Upon completion of the service, the uniform remains with the soldier - this is his property. He returns to her home. True, many people specifically buy a demobilization uniform, considering the dismissal in stock so significant that you need to dress in a special way. But the waste on it lies already on the shoulders of the old. And the price is rather big - 7-10 thousand rubles.
What else to expect from the army?
Finally - a few words about what the conscript soldier will have to survive in a year. It will not be easy for him - he will have to get used to the new regime and a different diet, endure a complete absence of silence, tranquility and solitude. The soldier will learn the basics of his specialty (what it will be - depends on the troops) and pass exams later. Everyone is also obliged to improve their physical fitness. Outfits cannot be avoided, which for many are of particular difficulty, since they imply the absence of any comfort. At first it will be difficult to stand for several hours in a row on a pedestal, but then they get used to it. Everyone will also have to learn the charter, military ranks and surnames of all senior persons.
However, I am glad that for exemplary behavior and the performance of his duties, the rank and file can be awarded the rank of corporal or even a junior sergeant. Those who serve in the Navy are assigned the title of senior sailor.
